Your booking details

Nothing you type into the booking form leaves your device until you press Send on WhatsApp or Send by email. When you press one of those buttons, two things happen:

• We save a copy of your booking (the courses or services you chose, your name, WhatsApp number and any optional details you entered) in our own booking records, so that our team can follow up even if the message does not reach us.
• WhatsApp or your email app opens with the booking written out. That message is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy policies.

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and provide the course or service you asked for. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. Only our staff can see the booking records, and each staff member logs in with their own account.

To protect the site from abuse, we keep a scrambled code made from your connection, not your actual IP address. We also count how many times the WhatsApp, call and email buttons are pressed on each page, without saving who pressed them. Your course selection, but not your personal details, is stored in your browser so that your booking is still there when you move between pages.
